Roger Tuivasa-Sheck is the only Warriors player to be included in the NRL's team of the week, despite the side currently sitting atop the NRL ladder after week one of the competition.
A number of Warriors players shone in their season opening 40-6 win over the Bulldogs at Mt Smart Stadium. However, just one of the 13 team of the week spots are occupied by a player from the Kiwi club.
Having scored one try and assisted another, Tuivasa-Sheck was the clear choice for fullback, picked ahead of the likes of Melbourne's Jahrome Hughes and Cronulla's Matt Morgan.
On the wings, though, the duo of Corey Oates and Edrick Lee were both selected ahead of David Fusitu'a and Ken Maumalo, while Peta Hiku was also overlooked in the centres for Curtis Scott and Joey Leilua.
The biggest surprise, though, came in the halves pairing, where both Blake Green and Adam Keighran missed out to the duo of Cameron Munster and Michael Morgan.
Each position in the NRL's team of the week is voted for by the fans after the completion of each round.
NRL team of the week: 1. Roger Tuivasa-Sheck (Warriors), 2. Corey Oates (Broncos), 3. Curtis Scott (Storm), 4. Joey Leilua (Raiders), 5. Edrick Lee (Knights), 6. Cameron Munster (Storm), 7. Michael Morgan (Cowboys), 8. David Klemmer (Knights), 9. Robbie Farah (Tigers), 10. Jesse Bromwich (Storm), 11. Sam Burgess (Rabbitohs), 12. Kenny Bromwich (Storm), 13. Jason Taumalolo (Cowboys).
