Embattled Kiwis coach David Kidwell did not give a clear indication as to his future at the helm, following a humiliating exit from the Rugby League World Cup at the hands of Fiji last night.
Addressing media after the 4-2 quarter-final loss last night, a visibly distraught Kidwell said that he was yet to make a decision about his role within the Kiwis.
"I didn't get a lot of sleep last night," he began.
"I know I've created something here at the start, it's whether I want to continue - or the people will let me continue - into seeing the fruits of the start of this."
"At the end of the day, I'll do what's best for the jersey."
