Warriors youngster Isaiah Papali'i won't be kitting up for the Warriors' season-opener against the Bulldogs this weekend due to a "club issue", coach Stephen Kearney said.
The Warriors coach was asked about the 20-year-old's availability for Saturday afternoon's contest when he confirmed Papali'i wasn't up for selection.
"It's a club issue, but he'll be available for next week," Kearney said.
When pressed for further information, Kearney refused to budge.
"It's a club issue - that's the issue and that's all I'm saying."
The Warriors play the Bulldogs on Saturday at 5pm at Mt Smart Stadium.
