The Warriors have added to their stocks ahead of the 2019 NRL season, completing the signing of Bulldogs second rower Lachlan Burr, according to the second rower's Instagram page.
Burr, 26, joins the club having been named the Bulldogs' reserve grade player of the year, although didn't make a single NRL appearance for the Canterbury-Bankstown club in 2018.
Taking to social media, Burr thanked those at the Bulldogs, saying he was looking forward to joining the Warriors.
"I've loved every second being back home in Australia," he wrote.
"I've made lifetime memories and friendships that I'll never forget.
"I would like to thank all my family and friends for their support throughout this season. Can't wait for another adventure in New Zealand."
Burr's signature would prove a boost for the Warriors' forward stocks, having lost the likes of Simon Mannering to retirement, while James Gavet has been released to join the Newcastle Knights.
However, the club has given no indication that Burr has signed on for next season.
