Bryce Cartwright's ex-girlfriend arrested by NSW police over death threat and revenge porn attack

The ex-girlfriend of NRL player Bryce Cartwright has been arrested by NSW police over a video posted on social media in which the Penrith star's life was threatened.

Brittany Hura was arrested at an address in Constitution Hill this afternoon and taken to Parramatta Police Station, according to Australian media.

The investigation and arrest follows a report made to police yesterday.

The 26-year-old accused has been charged with use carriage service to menace/harrass/or offend and stalk/intimidation with intent to fear physical harm.

Lewd photos of Cartwright were posted on social media in apparent revenge for the breakdown of a relationship.

The accused was conditionally bailed to appear at Penrith Local Court next Tuesday.

In a statement earlier today, Panthers CEO Brian Fletcher said: "This is now a NSW Police matter. We are most appreciative of the swift response by NSW Police to this situation."
