The White Ferns have beaten the West Indies today in a thrilling third T20 that went down to the final delivery and included three wickets in the final over.
Defending 133/7, off-spinner Anna Paterson took the ball for the final over with the West Indies needing five runs to win at Pukekura Park.
In an extraordinary finish, Paterson dismissed Kycia A Knight, 26, and Britney Cooper with the first and fourth balls of the overs while conceding only two runs.
Akeira Peters was then run out off the fifth ball, leaving the West Indies needing three off the final ball.
Paterson then sealed the victory with the West Indies only able to score a leg bye off the last delivery.
Earlier, captain Suzie Bates top scored with 52 while her opening partner Suzie Devine scored 41.
