An 80-metre Kelly Brazier wonder-try in extra time has seen the Black Ferns Sevens create history and defeat Australia 17-12 in a colossal Commonwealth Games women's rugby sevens decider.
Finishing regular time at 12-12, both sides had extra-time opportunities with the ball but failed to take advantage until Brazier collected the ball near her own 22-metre line, jinked past her defender and sprinted all the way to the line.
She did so after the bell of the first five-minute period of extra time.
As a result, New Zealand becomes the first team to ever win the women's rugby sevens at the Commonwealth Games.
