Veteran Mika Vukona to leave Breakers for Brisbane Bullets - report

Breakers star Mika Vukona will leave the Auckland NBL club, and will join up with the Brisbane Bullets ahead of the new season, according to reports out of Australia.

In a report from Fox Sports, Vukona is said to be leaving the Breakers, and will reunite with former coach Andrej Lemanis at the Bullets.

Vukona, 35, has played over 400 games for the Breakers, winning four titles in 17 seasons with the club.

The move would undoubtedly be a loss for the Breakers, who yesterday confirmed the arrival of Kevin Braswell as the side's new coach.
