Woman, 59, arrested after reported stabbing at Kaikoura holiday park

A 59-year-old woman has been arrested in relation to a death at a Kaikoura holiday park last night. 

Detective Senior Sergeant Ciaran Sloan said in a statement a 58-year-old man died after police were called at 7.45pm to a reported stabbing. 

"The man who died was the partner of the woman."

Police are still investigating the death and are interviewing more witnesses.
