This year no women graduated from the Jet Fleet Captains’ Course at Air New Zealand.
Women make up 5 per cent of airline pilots worldwide.
With a career that is dominated by men reporter Tamati Rimene-Sproat met a group of female trainee Air New Zealand pilots where he learnt some were told they couldn't pursue such a job because "they're girls".
