The snarler capital of Aotearoa is Tuatapere, home to one delicious recipe.

A motel for sale in the Southland town of Tuatapere comes complete with arguably the best sausage recipe in New Zealand.

Murray Dowling is selling up the Tuatapere Motel along with the secret recipe for the town's famous sausage, created by Leo Henderson.

TVNZ1's Seven Sharp sent Julian Lee to the deep south for a taste test and tour in the video above.
