No one would give 22-year-old Emma Sykes a job so with some help from her dad she went into business.

Where do great ideas come from? Often they appear when there is no alternative.

That was the way for 22-year-old Emma Sykes.

No-one would give her a job.

Emma has Down syndrome, and people couldn't see past that.

But her dad Tony could.

So they decided to go into business selling candles.

Tim Wilson went to meet this awesome duo.
