If you've got a desk job chances are you've given a bit of thought to your posture at work.
But these days it's not just office workers getting problems with their backs and necks, it's everyone using a device, including children.
This trend has seen physiotherapist mum Joanne Hornsby attempting to train youngsters before their poor posture habits get too bad.
"I'm not saying don't go on phones or devices, but when you do, have breaks, make sure your children are looking at them correctly and you're protecting their spine," Joanne told Seven Sharp.
