Two young boys missing in South Auckland have been found safe and well.

Earlier, police said two boys, eight-year-old Kihau and seven-year-old Tihema, were last seen on the corner of Great South Road and Browns Road, Manurewa, at 2.30pm.

Just after 8:30pm tonight police released a statement saying the boys had been found safe and well.
