Two people seriously injured after Waikato crash

Two people were seriously injured after a crash in Matamata, Waikato last night. 

They are in a serious, but stable condition in Waikato Hospital.

The single-car crash happened on Morgan Rd at 10.25pm. A rear passenger was  ejected from the car, say police. 

The driver was not injured in the crash.

The Serious Crash Unit is investigating the incident.
