A two car crash has blocked a city intersection in Christchurch this afternoon.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Manchester Street and Bealey Avenue, Christchurch, around 3pm today
Police said in a statement there are no serious injuries however the intersection is currently blocked and traffic is being diverted.
Police ask motorists to avoid the area while the intersection is cleared.
