Truck accident in Karangahake Gorge blocks road

A rolled truck in the Karangahake Gorge in Waikato is causing delays.

Police say a section of State Highway 2 is expected to be closed for a number of hours today after the 8.30am accident.

Motorists are urged to avoid the area.

The truck driver was uninjured.
