Andrew Macfarlane was “quite impressed” with the 15m2 structure he stayed in overnight.

It seems every week there's some new set of figures telling us no one can afford to buy a house anymore and we'll all be renting until we're 50 or moving.

But what about tiny homes?

Breakfast reporter Andrew Macfarlane has been investigating and spent the night in a 15 square metre house at the Auckland Home Show.

And, he said he'd would have no issue living in the pod, which has a fully-fledged bathroom including a shower and toilet.
