A building being used as a storage facility has partially collapsed in Hastings this morning.
Polarcold is currently leasing the building, with the company’s chief executive telling 1 NEWS there was nobody in the building when it collapsed shortly before 11.30am, when two fire crews were sent to the scene.
Engineers are on site assessing the building and police have set up a 100m cordon on Caroline Road with businesses in the surrounding area alerted to the situation.
Fire and Emergency have also set up a control centre.
