Seven Sharp tours the country's ugliest house, now up for auction

October 7, 2019

You could own this Mt Roskill gem that has code compliance and water-tightness issues.

A central Auckland home has been described as the ugliest house in New Zealand, and it is now on the market.

The four-bedroom home comes with two bathrooms and has a second single dwelling attached to it which almost replicates the household of the Flinstones.

To add to its lack of appeal, it comes without a Code of Compliance Certificate and has water tightness issues.

The house is set to auction this week.

Seven Sharp visited the home, and spoke with its enthusiastic owner in the video above.
