The search for two men who failed to return from a diving trip off Otago's coast is set to continue today at first light.
The Balclutha pair, aged 23 and 51, were diving for pāua in Purakaunui Bay in the Catlins and were reported overdue on Saturday night.
Searchers have so far focussed on the area between Irihuka, also known as Long Point, and Nugget Point.
The police dive squad was called in yesterday and a helicopter and plane have been used in the search.
