Riding the Tour de France for mental health

April 29, 2018

A group of Kiwis are cycling to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation.

A team of Kiwi cyclists are taking on one of the world’s toughest races in the name of mental health.

The group of eight, led by former Olympic rider Hayden Roulston, will cycle all 3,000 kilometres of the Tour De France to raise funds for the mental health foundation of New Zealand.

They will take on the world class course just a day ahead of the pros in July with a goal to raise $25,000.

The cyclists have all experienced mental health issues or have been touched by it in some way.
