Police seek witnesses to Waikato crash that left motorcyclist in a critical condition

Police are seeking witnesses to a Waikato crash which left a motorcycle rider in a critical condition.

The crash happened on State Highway 39 in Ngahinapouri yesterday afternoon.

Police say a motorcycle and car collided near Rice and Allcock Roads just after 2pm.

The motorcyclist was taken to hospital and remains in a critical condition.

The driver of the vehicle was shaken but not injured.

Police are seeking witnesses to the crash, in particular the driver of a small silver hatchback they believe was at the scene of the crash.
