Police are investigating after the sudden death of a baby at an Auckland property today.
Police say they were called to attend a sudden death of a baby at a Red Hill, Papakura property at 10.44am today.
"Police are currently making initial inquiries into the circumstances of the death," police told 1 NEWS in a statement.
"A post-mortem is due to be carried out tomorrow and police are not in a position to comment further until that process has been completed."
