Two men have appeared in court in relation to the New Zealand First Foundation saga.
Their identities remain secret but they are accused of obtaining money by deception.
The matter is still being heard in court at Waitakere District Court in Auckland today.
The Serious Fraud Office announced it was charging the pair last month after an investigation.
At the time, party leader Winston Peters said he plans to take legal action against the SFO.
