One person has died and two others are injured in a two-vehicle crash near Hamilton this morning.
A helicopter and two ambulances are attending the scene on State Highway 26.
The crash occurred between Marsh Meadow Road and Hoeka Road at 7.30am.
One of those injured is in a critical condition and will be flown to Waikato Hospital via helicopter.
The road is currently blocked and motorists have been asked to take alternative routes.
