One person dies following dirt bike crash in Auckland

One person has died following a dirt bike crash at a motorbike park in Helensville yesterday afternoon.

Police were called to the Auckland crash at around 2:15pm.

Members of the public had attempted to give medical assistance, but the rider died at the scene.

Police say the Serious Crash Unit attended and WorkSafe has been advised.
