A person has died after a crash involving a truck and a pedestrian in Oxford, Canterbury this morning. 

A statement from police said emergency services were called at 5.52am to Depot Rd. 

The road between Woodstock Rd and Woodside Rd is closed, "for at least a few hours", say police.
