A New Zealand man charged over the death of a heavily pregnant woman and a teenager in a Sydney car crash has been refused bail.
Prosecutors say Richard Moa-Nanu had been drinking for almost nine hours before the crash and was over the blood alcohol limit.
One of the victims, Katherine Hoang was heavily pregnant with twins.
If an autopsy shows one of the twins drew breath after the crash, Mr Moa-Nanu could face another manslaughter charge.
