Motorcyclist dies following crash in Christchurch

A man has died this morning following a crash in Christchurch involving a motorbike and a car. 

The 24-year-old male motorcyclist was killed in the crash on State Highway 75 on Christchurch Akaroa Road.

According to police, the crash occurred around 9:40am this morning.

Police said they would like to hear from two cars and a campervan who were in the area and may have witnessed the crash.
