A woman and her daughter, who were reported missing in the Auckland area yesterday, have been located.
Police appealed for sightings of Maiarangi Te Waiti, who believed to have a young girl with her, last nght.
Police said they were concerned for the welfare of both the woman and the girl.
The police say the pair are "safe and well" and thank the public for their assistance.
