Meet the band bringing Māori and country music together

Māori and country music are made for each other, everyone knows that.

Guitars, harmonies and remixes in te reo, you can’t go past it.

But what about when Pākehā pick up on Māori country-tanga?

The Harmonic Resonators are an acoustic country, folk group that met at the Morrinsville Country Club, in the Waikato town.

Releasing covers online, the group has gained a large following for their unique style.
