Man with severe Alzheimers missing from Omokoroa found safe

An older man with severe Alzheimers and is non-responsive has been found safe after going missing in Omokoroa overnight.

Bay of Plenty Police earlier appealed for sightings of the man, Kevin Lipinsky, who left a Harbour View Road property at 6.30pm last night but did not return.

Police thanked the public for assisting in finding Mr Lipinsky.
