Man flown to hospital after being stabbed in Kerikeri

A man has been taken to hospital by helicopter after he suffered stab wounds in the Northland town of Kerikeri last yesterday.

Police confirmed the man walked in to Kerikeri Police Station about 10.56pm and was then flown to Whangarei Hospital in a serious condition.

Police said an investigation into what happened is now underway.
