Man charged with manslaughter, seven months after Bay of Plenty boating incident

A 44-year-old Bay of Plenty man has been charged with manslaughter, dating back to a boating incident in October 2019.

Clayton Patrick Nathan-Graves was found dead on a boat following the incident in the Tauranga Harbour entrance, police said today in a brief statement. 

The man arrested over Mr Nathan-Graves' death appeared this morning at Tauranga District Court.

He has been remanded on bail, and will appear in court again on May 20.
