Man charged after fatal crash in Auckland's Botany Downs

A 27-year-old man has been charged following the death of a man after a crash at Auckland's Botany Downs on January 28.

Police say the man was arrested today on a number of serious driving charges and appeared in the Manukau District Court this afternoon.

The crash happened on January 28 at the intersection of Botany Road and Ti Rakau Drive.

The man is due to appear in the Manukau District Court on Friday.
