Man arrested after gun pointed at person in Auckland's Muriwai

A man has arrested after police received reports of a gun being pointed at a member of the public at Muriwai on Auckland's west coast today.

Police say officers and the Eagle helicopter were involving in finding and apprehending the man in Muriwai early this morning.

Police say their investigation continues.
