Worshipers and survivors of the shooting at Linwood Mosque in Christchurch have begun to return to the site of the worst terror incident New Zealand has ever had.
Meanwhile, 43-year-old Osman Ahmed, who was shot as he lay under a pile of other people, has spoken of his experience inside the Al Noor mosque.
The bullet wounds on his back are beginning to heal, but the emotional scarring may take even longer.
As he lay under a pile of bodies, he thought to himself "this is it - that's the end of the world of me".
He returned to the mosque yesterday for the first time since the attack on March 15.
