Kind-hearted blokes cement driveway for wheelchair-bound Oliver trapped by gravel

Oliver’s wheelchair kept getting stuck on the gravel path at home, and he could only get funding for paving halfway to the street.

"I saw him struggling and new we needed to do something," one worker told Seven Sharp.

Oliver said he is "looking forward to playing basketball" on his new flat surface.
