Kim Dotcom has filed an appeal against a High Court order to reveal the nature and value of his assets.
The founder of the Internet Party had until today to file an affidavit with the High Court disclosing the details of his assets after several Hollywood studios raised concerns about what his money was being spent on.
The studios claimed that public statements by Mr Dotcom, including the $4million Mr Dotcom says he has put towards the Internet Party, indicate that he is disposing of assets which have not been disclosed.
He has also promised a multi-million dollar bounty for information to build his civil and criminal cases and has spent money launching his music career.
This comes after Hollywood movie companies claimed more than $US100 million for copyright infringement charges earlier this year.
