Invercargill librarians have fun with NZ's 'sexiest accent'

Now to something that tickled us in the newsroom today, courtesy of some sweet talking Invercargill librarians.

Following the news this week the Kiwi accent is apparently the sexiest in the world, they decided to celebrate with some sexy librarian phrases.

Broadcast to their Facebook fans, staff from Invercargill’s library turned on their sexiest phrases for the camera.

It’s not the first time the library have played around with the public.

In 2017 they celebrated the ten year anniversary of the reality TV show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians with a spoof photo titled Keeping Up with the Librarians.

The photo quickly went internationally viral.
