Hilary Helps: Hilary Barry turns judge at NZ’s Car of the Year competition

December 4, 2018

Despite not knowing much about cars, Hilary decided to step in and help out at the hotly-contested event.

For the last 31 years, New Zealand's Car of the Year competition has been hotly contested.

Back in 1988, the first winner was the BMW 5-series boasting cruise control, power steering and central locking.

These days the features are far more hi-tech, which makes picking a winner even harder.

On this week's edition of Hilary Helps, the Seven Sharp co-host decided to drop in and give her opinion.
