Hastings District Council has taken a stand against sugar, cutting unhealthy drinks from all council run events and facilities.
The local authority has decided to adopt a healthy beverage policy, meaning the only available drinks will be water, 100 per cent fruit juice, unsweetened milk and zero-sugar drinks.
The council says cutting sugary drinks is an effective way to improve health.
