Five-year-old girl hit by train in Auckland

A five-year-old girl has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after being clipped by a train at Auckland's Meadowbank Station this evening.

Emergency services were called at about 5pm this even after the child was clipped by a train at Meadowbank station.

A St John spokesperson told 1 NEWS, the child has been taken to Starship Children's Hospital with serious injuries.
