'I cannot sleep through that' says neighbour driven crazy by barking dog

A neighbour's noisy dog can drive the sanest person barking mad.

Dog owners have a legal obligation to take 'all reasonable steps' to ensure their dog's barking isn't a nuisance.

But what do you do when when your neighbour and the authorities seem to turn a deaf ear to your complaints? 

Elaine Booker says she can't sleep through the noise of a neighbour's barking dog.

Ms Booker says it took a trip to Fair Go to see progress on the problem.
