Hundreds have turned up to watch a Cadet Force march on Anzac Day in Auckland.
The young people marched through the street while wearing their grandparent's medals in Pt Chevalier.
"It's a way to commemorate all the fallen soldiers from both World War I and II and all the conflicts that have been there since," said one marcher.
"It's quite important as they're the ones who've sacrificed their lives for us. It isn't a big thing for us to just march for them, but it means a lot."
