How bad are headphones for the hearing of young people?

A pilot study into the hearing of high school-aged children has some alarming results.

A surge in headphone use has some concerned it could be negatively impacting children's hearing.

The National Foundation for Deaf and Hard of Hearing has launched a pilot study into high school kids, as they try to get to grips with the alarming rate of hearing loss in young people.

Seven Sharp's Carolyn Robinson found out more in the video above.
