Air New Zealand pulling widely disliked in-flight safety video

Matty McLean wasn’t also the biggest fan of the hip-hop inspired inflight video – “I hate it”.

Air New Zealand is pulling its much-panned "It's Kiwi Safety" video.

A previously released version named "Summer of Safety" will take its place.

"It's Kiwi Safety" featured actor Julian Dennison and local musicians, but has been heavily criticised since its release, including by TVNZ1 Breakfast's Hayley Holt.
