Watch: 'Hopeless romantic' Lionel Richie chats with Hilary Barry ahead of NZ tour

The US singer is coming to our shores in April.

Kiwi fans of American singer-songwriter Lionel Richie will have chance to see him perform in New Zealand later this year.

Richie is holding a show in Auckland (April 12) and one in Christchurch (April 15).

TVNZ1 Seven Sharp host Hilary Barry spoke with Richie today where he described himself as a "hopless romantic".
