Actor Tom Cruise has bid farewell to New Zealand after filming for the movie Mission: Impossible 6 finished.
Cruise posted on Twitter this morning: "Thank you to the amazing people of New Zealand! I've had a great time filming the next Mission: Impossible here."
He was reported to have touched down in New Zealand on June 9, arriving in Queenstown in a private jet.
The film was shot in the remote Rees Valley, just north of Glenorchy, Otago.
